First we will go in the options and from it select global
option.

ACCOUNTING:
In decimal two options are available. Either you want to
enter the decimal points yourself or you can select the automatic option and
decimal will be added automatically.
By clicking on hide general ledger account you can hide
general ledgers. In other options warning message is already checked.
Other options:
- Warn if record was changed but not saved
- Hide inactive record
- Recalculate
- Use time slip acc link
After this we will select the second option general:
